How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Good question. In fact, this is one of the most common questions we get at Limelight Paper.

We offer several options to customize the delivery of your personalized cups, napkins, koozies, etc. exactly to your liking. Not only that, but we’ve included an extremely helpful delivery date estimator so you can see when your order should arrive. Just type in your state and zip, and the estimator tells when it’ll get to you.

So how long does it take then? This depends on the “Printing Method” and “Shipping Method” you choose.

Printing Method

You select this once you’ve finished personalizing your brilliant new design and click “add to cart.” Printing Method is how quickly your order gets custom printed and packaged at our facility in Dallas, Texas. Limelight gives you 4 options:

  • Regular Printing:  If you’re not in a rush, this is the most economical. Personalized orders ship in about 7 business days. Pre-printed orders usually ship in 2 to 3 business days. Ordering both personalized and pre-printed? Both will ship together once your personalized order is ready to go. Remember printing time may take longer during holidays and busier times.
  • 4-Day Rush Printing:  Guaranteed to ship in 4 business days for an additional $20 flat fee.
  • 3-Day Rush Printing:  Guaranteed to ship in 3 business days for an additional $30 flat fee.
  • 2-Day Rush Printing:  Guaranteed to ship in 2 business days for an additional $40 flat fee.

Note To Printer Proofs:  We don’t recommend ordering a Printer Proof for rush orders. Why? This generally adds 3 or so business days to print production time. Plus, printing can’t begin until the proof is approved.

Shipping Method

Where “Printing Method” determines how quickly your personalized order is printed, Shipping Method is how quickly it gets to you via FedEx. We offer FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Overnight. By the way, Fedex doesn’t deliver on the following holidays, so please take these into account when planning delivery time: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
